Our Services

Luxury Cruise Ambassador provides travel advisory, research, recommendation, and booking assistance for luxury and ultra-luxury cruise travel and related travel arrangements.

Our recommendations are based on the information, preferences, and priorities you provide to us, together with our professional judgment and available supplier information.

Travel arrangements ultimately remain subject to availability, supplier terms, pricing, and confirmation at the time of booking.

Recommendations and Pricing

Any cruise recommendations, itineraries, pricing, availability, amenities, promotions, or other information provided before booking are subject to change without notice.

Quoted prices are estimates unless specifically identified as confirmed. Cruise fares, taxes, fees, airfares, hotel rates, exchange rates, promotions, and availability may change until a reservation is completed and any required deposit or payment has been accepted by the applicable supplier.

We cannot guarantee that a particular fare, suite, itinerary, promotion, or amenity will remain available.

Virtuoso Benefits and Amenities

Where available, eligible bookings may include Virtuoso benefits, amenities, or other preferred-partner advantages.

These benefits vary by cruise line, sailing, property, supplier, and booking conditions and are subject to availability and the terms established by the participating supplier or program.

Benefits are not guaranteed unless confirmed as part of your reservation.

Supplier Terms

Cruise lines, airlines, hotels, tour operators, transportation companies, travel insurance providers, and other travel suppliers are independent third parties.

Your booking may be subject to the individual supplier's terms and conditions, including policies concerning deposits, final payments, cancellations, changes, refunds, credits, documentation, conduct, and liability.

By authorizing a booking, you agree to the applicable supplier terms.

Payments

Deposits and final payments are due according to the requirements of the applicable travel supplier.

You are responsible for reviewing all invoices, confirmations, and payment deadlines and for ensuring that payment is made when required.

Failure to make payment by the applicable deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation or loss of pricing, promotions, or availability.

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation and change policies vary by supplier and may involve penalties up to and including 100% of the cost of the travel arrangements.

We will assist with requested changes or cancellations, but any refund, future travel credit, penalty, or fee is determined by the applicable supplier's terms.

Certain fares, promotions, deposits, and travel services may be nonrefundable.

Travel Insurance

Travel involves financial and personal risks, including cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, delays, baggage loss, and other unforeseen events.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

If you choose not to purchase travel insurance, you accept responsibility for any financial losses or expenses that would otherwise have been covered by an appropriate policy.

Insurance coverage, exclusions, limitations, and claim decisions are determined solely by the insurance provider.

Passports, Visas, and Travel Documentation

Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they possess all required passports, visas, identification, health documentation, entry permits, and other documentation required for their itinerary.

Passport validity requirements vary by destination and may require that a passport remain valid for several months beyond the completion of travel.

Entry and documentation requirements can change. Travelers should verify current requirements before departure.

Health, Safety, and Entry Requirements

Health, vaccination, testing, entry, and safety requirements may be imposed or changed by governments, cruise lines, airlines, or other suppliers.

Each traveler is responsible for determining and complying with the requirements applicable to their destination and personal circumstances.

We may provide general information as a convenience, but such information should not be considered medical, legal, or governmental advice.

Errors and Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information; however, travel information can change frequently.

We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or changes made by cruise lines, hotels, airlines, government authorities, or other third parties.

You are responsible for reviewing booking confirmations and notifying us promptly of any errors, including incorrect names, dates, accommodations, or other reservation details.

Changes to Travel Arrangements

Travel suppliers may modify itineraries, ports of call, ships, schedules, accommodations, transportation, or other elements of a trip due to operational requirements, weather, safety concerns, government action, or other circumstances.

Such changes are generally governed by the applicable supplier's terms and conditions.

Limitation of Responsibility

We act as an advisor and intermediary between travelers and independent travel suppliers.

We do not own, operate, manage, or control cruise lines, ships, airlines, hotels, transportation providers, tour operators, or other travel suppliers.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, service failures, accidents, injuries, losses, or other actions of independent suppliers or third parties.

Events Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for losses, delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, acts of government, public health events, labor disputes, civil unrest, war, terrorism, mechanical failures, supplier insolvency, or other force majeure events.
